The marrying of body and breath. The unification of mind and heart. The purification of the senses. The physical practice of yoga allows the body to slow down and recenter. Slow steady movement and deep full breaths heal and restore both the physical and energetic body.
YOGA

Our bodies are intelligent. They encompass within them the mechanisms to heal each and every ailment. Ayurveda is the ancient wisdom blueprint that helps our bodies come back to balance, come back home. Designed to help unite the mind, body and spirit, Ayurveda utilizes the healing powers of our bodies and the medicinal resources of the Earth.
